Некоторыми украинскими специалистами в области права сделан юридический анализ экономических санкций США против Ирана.
Вывод: благодаря юридическим формулировкам в нормативных актах США о применении санкций против Ирана почти весь пакет экономических санкций США в отношении Ирана Иран может легко преодолеть без формального нарушения норм международного права и без ущерба для обычной хозяйственной деятельности своей страны и деловых партнёров, используя всего 5 юридических и финансовых схем. Данное юридическое преодоление санкций США против Ирана (как и против любой другой подвергшейся подобным санкциям страны) возможно при условии, что США придерживаются принципа верховенства права, принципа защиты собственности, принципа справедливого правосудия надлежащим органом, принципа суверенного равенства государств и принципа соблюдения неотъемлемых прав человека.
В рамках данного короткого мнения не рассматривался вопрос о том, соответствуют ли вообще данные нормативные акты принципам международного права.

Some Ukrainian experts- jurists made a legal analysis of U.S. economic sanctions against Iran.
Conclusion: thanks to legal wording in the regulatory acts of the USA in sanctions against Iran, Iran can easy to overcome almost the entire package of USA economic sanctions against Iran without a formal violation of international law and without prejudice to the ordinary business in the country and for partners, using only 5 legal and financial schemes. This legal method to overcome U.S. sanctions against Iran (as and against any other country that is undergoing such sanctions) is possible provided that the United States comply with the rule of law, the principle of property protection, the principle of fair justice of appropriate authority, the principle of sovereign equality of States and the principle of observance of inalienable human rights.
In this short opinion was not considered the question about a compliance of these regulatory acts of the U.S. to the principles of international law.
