The 2012 Defacto firework & light show took place at La Defense near Paris on the 22nd of September. It consisted in a 3D mapping video screening on the arche surface (7500 m) with fireworks for an audience of over 50 000 people.

 Like I did with my Bastille Day 2011 firework video, I filmed the show and edited it with a custom audio track. I used the Canon 60D + Tamron ultra wide angle 10-24 lens plus my compact Lumix TZ30 for complementary video sequences. Video settings for this kind of event is a nightmare but I managed to get something ok at 1600 ISO 1/60 without too much noise and limited dynamic. I’ll make a full length video of the entire show (45 min) that I’ll release later.
