1. Participants: all licensed radio amateurs.
2. Goal:
To make a contacts as maximum HAMs as possible, using different kind of modulation and amateur bands VHF/UHF 2m and 70 cm.
3.General date and time for this contest:
Second weekend of October from 16:00 Saturday to 04:00 Sunday.

5.3. Numeric of QSOs do not depend of band, starting from 001 and to gained amount of QSOs.
6.All operators are supposed to follow their license limitations.
.:: POINTS AND GENERAL QSO RULES ::.
7.1. QSO are counted with the same station in different modulation on each band.
For DIGI only one QSO is counted ,total per band 4 QSOs.
7.2. Points count like 1 point = 1 km.
7.3. In case, when participant contact with correspondent in modulation, which is not eligible for his subcategory, then points will count only for participant with correct subcategory.
7.4. QSOs with illegal station are prohibited.
7.5.There is the frequency rule:
For W / SSB in accordance to modulation.
For DIGI in accordance to proper submods.
For FM is prohibited to use general call frequencies!
And then, all chanels down to general call frequencies are recommended for CQ with vertically polarisated antenna, 2 chanel up to general call frequencies are recommended for CQ with horizontally polarisated antenna
Step 25 kHz.
.:: MULTIPLIERS ::.
8.1. MULTIPLIERS are Ukrainian regiment IDs, territorial IDs and personal statuses IDs.
8.2.Each multiplayer counts once per band.

9. Total result is sum of point X sum of mults.
.:: AWARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS ::.
10.1. Winner in each subcategory is awarded by diploma.
10.2. Participants took 2nd and 3rd places are awarded by certificates (in ukr.- HRAMOTA)
10.3.Participants took both at least 3 multies and at least 3000 points are awarded by e-mailed Certificate of participation.
10.4. Additional awards may be present by sponsors.

11.1. Log submitted in Cabrillo sends both via e-mails in two weeks after contest :
11.2. The results will be shown on official site 2 months after log-deadline.
.:: USING THE CHATS ::.
12.1. It is permitted to use the internet-chat during the contest to correct the frequency and azimuth in it.
12.2. The UR VHF Chat is recommended as main for this contest ,or find it
ON4KST chat is recommended as reserved.
12.3.Using chats to correct or to translate QSO information is prohibited.
.:: GENERAL NOTICES ::.
13.1. Each participant sending log agree to follow all rules of this contest and must observe the limitations of their operator licenses and station licenses at all times.
13.2. Each participant sending log agree that his log might be open to public observation.
13.3. Each participant sending log agree with no-pretense to contest managers and chosen category is only his own choice.
13.4.In the case several logs sending from the same station correct is only last one in accordance to date and time.
13.5. Disqualification may be taking place only when IARU R1 limitations and rules or their license limitations were broken.

All information in 14th and 15th sections may be changed till 1st September!
Everything shown 14th and 15th sections after is able for contest!
14.2. The contest COSACKs HONOR 2020 is the firs and some experimental.
There are some special rules for that contest.
14.3. There are only PSK and RTTY used as DIGI mods.
14.4. Winners in subgroup KURINNY will determine by each defined regiments.
